We love to build great character in our foundation. Part of that includes building community relations, giving back to those in need and allowing us to nurture our emotionally side.
Every Sunday, we mobilize our teams of volunteers to make a real difference. Join us and see what can be accomplished when you get an impassioned team to focus on change.
Our community is full of people who want to help. We work to help the people providing services with the people who need them. Come connect with people in new ways.
Our Founder Johnathen Powell
This organization began its existence from below the ground. Gaining knowledge from many different places to finally break the pavement open but still that was just the beginning. Fueled by passion and rage the organization accomplished many goals and continues to grow because the founder has the mind set of still being at the bottom. So the hunger, passion and rage will never stop. To date the organization has helped many people and held numerous fundraising events.
This organization is driven by a lifetime of emotions. The founder grew up in a family and environment that suffered from substance abuse and people with long term incarceration damage. He has attended NA and AA meetings with family members since the age of 8 years old and been visiting family members in jail since the age of 10 years old. So with his life changing experiences, in his heart he felt the want to really genuinely help people empower themselves. That is exactly what he did and he did it with passion and love over anything else.
The founder will be graduating from Southern New Hampshire University this semester in criminal justice. His spark turned into a flame once he became a correction officer and witnessed again the struggles, battles and failures of others that really wanted to empower themselves but didnt have the proper resources. Being a correction officer for 11 years has allowed him to really tailor a vision, plans and goals to know what really works for people suffering from being homeless, substance abuse, incarceration damage and lack of resources.
